A downloadable game

This is my attempt to recreate the first level of Fire Emblem: Thracia 776 to the best of my abilities. There are some differences from the original, given lack of access to source assets or other things, but I have gotten as close as I could. Many effects have been recreated, and while most of them are fairly close, some simply convey the same idea, or exist as a proof of concept. The main purpose of this project was to practice this style of game, so I am okay with some things not being 1-to-1.

The most immediate difference is the battles. For the map based battles, I attempted to largely recreate how they look in the GBA Fire Emblem games. For the normal battles, I created a separate little scene, which I am largely happy with, though it is of course not as impressive  as in the original game.

Other changes include some sound effects playing/sounding a bit differently, and a lot of visual effects.

All sprites, art work, sounds, and music are from the original game, Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. A handful of sounds were also taken from Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. Everything owned by Nintendo and Intelligent Systems.

Some sprites have been edited from the originals. Some menu related sprites/text come from the Project Exile fan translation.

Menus based off of the Project Exile fan translation. I can't actually remember which version of the translation these menus are based off of, but uh, it's definitely one of them.

All other text is using Charybdis Font by Tepid Monkey Fonts https://www.1001fonts.com/charybdis-font.html
